Maybe it’s the stress.
The overthinking.
The pressure.
The feeling that you’ve lost yourself somewhere along the way.

Yet despite your best efforts, you keep finding yourself in the same patterns.

The REZET Coaching Method helps you become aware of the beliefs and behaviors driving those patterns so meaningful, lasting change becomes possible.

Is This For You?

You may be a good fit if:

  • You feel overwhelmed by the constant pressure of work, family, and daily responsibilities

  • You often look like you have it all together on the outside, but feel drained on the inside

  • You find yourself overthinking, worrying, or carrying tension that never fully seems to go away

  • You’ve tried books, podcasts, routines, or other forms of personal development but still feel stuck in the same patterns

  • You feel disconnected from yourself and aren’t quite sure how you got here

  • You’re ready to understand what’s driving these patterns instead of just managing how they show up

  • You’re open to looking deeper and doing the work that creates lasting change”

This may not be the right fit if:

  • You’re looking for a quick fix or someone to solve your problems for you
  • You’re unwilling to explore your thoughts, behaviors, and patterns honestly
  • You’re looking for traditional talk therapy or clinical mental health treatment
  • You’re not ready to actively participate in the process

Meet Zulma

For years, I lived the same reality many of my clients face today.
From the outside, I looked successful. I had built a career, managed responsibilities, and continued showing up for everyone around me.
Having spent years working in high-pressure professional environments, I understand firsthand how easy it is to prioritize everyone and everything else while losing sight of yourself in the process.
Like many professionals, I spent years pushing through stress, telling myself things would improve once life slowed down.
Instead, the pressure continued to build.
I found myself overwhelmed, short-tempered, exhausted, and relying on medications to manage symptoms without truly addressing what was driving them. Despite my success professionally, I felt disconnected from myself and stuck in patterns I couldn’t seem to break.
That’s what ultimately led me to explore ways of deep relaxation such as meditation and other methodologies.
What I discovered was that many of the thoughts, behaviors, and reactions keeping me stuck weren’t simply habits — they were patterns operating beneath the surface.
Today, while continuing to navigate the demands of a professional career myself, I help other professionals better understand those patterns so they can create meaningful change, regain clarity, and feel more in control of their lives.
Because I’ve lived it myself, I understand how exhausting it can be to look like everything is fine while quietly struggling underneath it all.

What Clients Are Saying

Common Questions

Deep relaxation calms the nervous system and quiets the noise of everyday overthinking. In that calmer state, it becomes easier to notice the automatic thoughts, beliefs, and habits driving your patterns — and to work directly with them, creating space for new, more intentional ones to take hold.
